New Hall's Royal Wedding Garden Party

New Hall children, parents and staff enjoyed a day of celebrating the Royal Wedding. The children were told all about the forthcoming wedding in their assembly and they have been busy creating Union Jack flags. In the afternoon, the whole school came together for our Garden Party, where they had cucumber sandwiches, scones and fairy cakes! The children then saw the draw for our weekly Cake Raffle. The lucky winner of our Union Jack themed cake was Kodie Wood - well done!

Thank you to everybody who contributed to the day and a special thanks to Mrs. West and The Friends of New Hall for organising our lovely Garden Party!

Ofsted Report 2010

New Hall Primary and Children's Centre was visited by Ofsted Inspectors on Tuesday 14th September, Wednesday 15th September and Thursday 16th September 2010. The school was inspected first and the Children's Centre inspection followed. Please read the School Ofsted Report below. The Children's Centre Ofsted Report will be available in the next few days.

New Hall is a Healthy School!

New Hall Primary and Children's Centre has been awarded the Healthy School Status for 2010!!! Well done to all the children, staff and parents who have worked very hard in achieving this award. A huge thank you goes to Miss Dart for her support and guidance. Look out for photos of our presentation in July 2010.

Easter Egg Competition 2010

On Thursday 1st April 2010, New Hall's KS2 children displayed their egg-cellent creations. The competition was cracking, no yolk! We had several Jeggwards, Michael Jacksons, a Chick Magnet and even a Miss Wood and Mr Boyce! The children worked very hard at home to create such fabulous decorated eggs. Well done to everybody who took part! Have a look at the examples below!

MISSION STATEMENT

At New Hall Primary and Children’s Centre we aim to foster self esteem, confidence and independence,
where all flourish within a calm secure environment. It is a place where children are encouraged to aim high, develop a love of learning, think positively and develop the ability to reflect. We will aim to nurture these qualities from birth. Mutual respect is encouraged for each other and our surroundings. Diversity and inclusion is promoted. New Hall Primary & Children’s Centre offers day care provision at New Heights Nursery 0-3 years.  The school element of the building has a 52 place Nursery (Foundation Class 1).  Children are then able to move into Foundation Class 2 (Reception), then into Key Stage 1 followed by Key Stage 2.
